Since establishing Dixon Studios , Gary Dixon has dedicated his life to the intersection of musicianship and craftsmanship. With over 20 years as a performing musician, Gary brings a unique understanding to every instrument he creates.

Initial Consultation
Schedule a meeting at our workshop to discuss your vision, play sample instruments, and explore wood options. We'll develop preliminary specifications together.
Design Approval
Review detailed designs and material selections, with specific tone profiles and aesthetic elements finalized before production begins.
Crafting Process
Your instrument takes 2-4 months to complete, with progress updates throughout. Each instrument undergoes 80-120 hours of handwork.
Delivery & Setup
Final adjustments are made to ensure perfect playability before you take possession of your custom instrument, with lifetime setup support.
